We are licensed to provide payday loans across the Canadian provinces. We rigorously adhere to the regulatory standards of each of the provinces within which we operate. Our credit solutions are fully consistent with these regulatory environments. We do not violate these regulations and apply them consistently in both our loan underwriting and, should it prove necessary, in our collection operations.

Financial sustainability for both our business and our customers depends upon sound and responsible lending. Only loans that we believe are within our customers’ capacity for repayment will be offered.

Uncompromising Transparency:

At Speedy Pay transparency is our touchstone. Toward that end, we ensure that all the information we provide, about fees, rates, or any other costs or obligations, are clearly laid out in straightforward, easy to understand language. We will never mislead you, manipulate you or influence you in any fraudulent manner or direction.
