Canada’s most accessible loans
At Speedy Pay we take seriously our obligation to conduct ourselves ethically and honestly. Our reputation and the well-being of our customers depend upon such conduct from us. Toward ensuring this end our Code of Conduct establishes principles and rules based on the best practices across the industry. In the end, though, the integrity of our business depends upon us making the best, most ethical choices in our daily interaction with applicants and customers.
We are licensed to provide payday loans across the Canadian provinces. We rigorously adhere to the regulatory standards of each of the provinces within which we operate. Our credit solutions are fully consistent with these regulatory environments. We do not violate these regulations and apply them consistently in both our loan underwriting and, should it prove necessary, in our collection operations.
Financial sustainability for both our business and our customers depends upon sound and responsible lending. Only loans that we believe are within our customers’ capacity for repayment will be offered.
At Speedy Pay transparency is our touchstone. Toward that end, we ensure that all the information we provide, about fees, rates, or any other costs or obligations, are clearly laid out in straightforward, easy to understand language. We will never mislead you, manipulate you or influence you in any fraudulent manner or direction. All employees and agents of Speedy Pay understand the imperative to provide honest and clear answers to your questions.
Your security is important to us. All measures that are reasonably possible are followed to ensure the security of your personal information. Nor will we ever sell your information to any third party.
We pledge to treat every decision we make regarding lending with the highest standards of honesty, caution and conscientiousness. Our Code of Conduct informs all our business practices.
Everyone deserves the opportunity to engage in quick and easy financial services that meet the highest ethical standards. Providing you with this opportunity is our aspiration.
